Deliveries will reach you in 3-5 working days. If your delivery has still not arrived after
5 days, please email cs.toblerone@thehutgroup.com and triangle headquarters will
track it down for you.
If you are not home when the goods are delivered we may leave the goods ina safe location or, if no one is available to accept delivery, re-deliver the goodson a different day.
For orders being placed using Standard Delivery, please order on or before 19/12 for delivery in time for Christmas.
Please note no deliveries will take place between 25th - 27th December and on 1st & 2nd January.
Returns
In the event a Product is faulty or not as described, please contact our Customer Relationship Centre via
cs.toblerone@thehutgroup.com and provide evidence of this. Upon receiving satisfactory reasonable evidence, We
will re-process your order and arrange delivery of a replacement or refund.
Your legal rights regarding defective Products (those that are faulty or mis-described) are not affected by your rights
of return and refund in this Article or by anything in these General Conditions of Sales.
Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where: we sent you the wrong item, or the item is damaged or faulty; or where you are returning a substitute or replacement item which you do not want to keep. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. Costs of posting the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.
If you are not satisfied with the way in which we have handled the return, replacement or repair of any item, we apologise. We want to resolve the matter. We apologise if you have received the wrong item by mistake. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item.
All rewarded credit that you receive will expire after 3 months.

Our packaging always complies with all labeling regulations, clearly stating the information we are required to declare, including the ingredient list and allergens. We would always advise consumers with an allergy to check the packaging prior to consumption to ensure the product meets their needs. If Toblerone products contain nuts besides almonds (even if they were only handled in the factory) the packaging will be labeled with “may contain other nuts' ' and/or “may contain peanuts'
Unfortunately, since our Toblerone chocolate bars contain milk, honey and eggs, they are not suitable for Vegans.
What is it about us triangle lovers and our boundless curiosity? Well, one delicious Toblerone triangle chunk weighs approximately 32.7g meaning that there are (*insert calculator sounds) 11 triangles in a 360g bar.

Yes, indeed! Our factory in Bern, Switzerland is the only Toblerone production facility in the world and it is Halal-certified. In fact, due to the inherent nature of Toblerone chocolate, its production process essentially meets the Halal criteria anyway. This certification did not result in any change to our beloved original recipe either. It’s worth noting that this only applies to our chocolate bars and not products where Toblerone is added (e.g. cakes with Toblerone pieces).
